| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα μεταπτυχιακή διατριβή αφορά την εκπόνηση ενός επιχειρησιακού σχεδίου (Business Plan) για μία ξενοδοχειακή μονάδα 4* σε περιοχή της Πάφου στην Κύπρο. Η αναγκαιότητα για μια τέτοια επένδυση πηγάζει από το γεγονός ότι υπάρχει μια συνεχής αυξητική τάση στις αφίξεις τουριστών στο νησί της Κύπρου τα τελευταία χρόνια, με την πληρότητα στα ξενοδοχεία τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες να φτάνει το 100%.
Κατά την εκπόνηση του επιχειρησιακού σχεδίου μελετήθηκε η σχετική βιβλιογραφία καθώς και στατιστικές που αφορούν τον κλάδο του τουρισμού από διάφορες πηγές, όπως ο Κυπριακός Οργανισμός Τουρισμού, η Στατιστική Υπηρεσία Κύπρου. Επίσης οι οικονομικές προβλέψεις βασίστηκαν σε πληροφορίες από διάφορους εμπειρογνώμονες στον τομέα του τουρισμού, παρόμοιες μελέτες αλλά και από πληροφορίες μέσω διαδικτύου.
Η εν λόγω επιχείρηση θα χρησιμοποιήσει το επιχειρηματικό πλάνο προκειμένου να λάβει χρηματοδότηση ύψους 13,760,000 ευρώ από τράπεζα.
Τέλος για την ολοκλήρωση του επιχειρησιακού σχεδίου, πραγματοποιήθηκε μελέτη βιωσιμότητας της επένδυσης η οποία κρίνεται βιώσιμη. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | This dissertation refers to the accomplishment of a business plan for a 4star hotel unit in the region of Pafos, Cyprus. The necessity of such an investment comes from the fact that there is a continuous incremental trend in tourists’ arrival over the last few years in the island of Cyprus, reaching full (100%)rate occupancy to the hotels during the summer months.
For the accomplishment of this business plan all the related bibliography has been studied and taken into consideration along with the associated statistics that pertain to the field of touristic from different sources such as Cyprus Tourism Organization and the Cypriot Statistical Service. Additionally, the financial projections were based οn the information given by several specialists in the related field, similar studies and researches, as well as the Internet.
Τhe mentioned company is going to use this business plan in order to receive financing at the height of 13,760,000 euro from the bank.
Finally, for the accomplishment of the business plan, a livability research based on the investment was carried out which rendered it viable. | el_GR |
