| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα διατριβή μελετά τα Σύστήματα Ηλεκτρονικού Φακέλού Υγείας, περιγράφει τα κύρια τούς χαρακτήριστικά, πλεονεκτήματα και μειονεκτήματα, εξετάζει θέματα ασφάλειας, ιδιωτικότήτας, και διεθνών προτύπων, αναφέρει τα πλαίσια καθοδήγήσής τής ανάπτύξής των EHR από τις ΗΠΑ και τήν Εύρώπή, και ακολούθως εστιάζει στο τρέχον πλαίσιο γύρω από τα σύστήματα EHR στήν Ελλάδα και στήν Κύπρο. Τέλος, παρούσιάζονται τα αποτελέσματα πρωτογενούς έρεύνας πού διεξάχθήκε σχετικά με τήν τρέχούσα κατάστασή των σύστήμάτων EHR στήν Κύπρο, και δίνονται κάποια σύμπεράσματα σχετικά με τις μελλοντικές προοπτικές των EHR σύστήμάτων στήν Κύπρο. | el_GR |
