| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα διατριβή επιχειρεί να προσεγγίσει τις έννοιες διοίκηση και ηγεσία και να
ανάδειξει τη σημασία εφαρμογής των αρχών της διοικητικής επιστήμης στην
λειτουργία μιας ανώνυμης εταιρείας του Δημοσίου.
Τα ερευνητικά ερωτήματα που τέθηκαν μπορούν να συνοψιστούν στα εξής:
Ποιά η σημασία και σε τι έκταση υλοποιούνται οι αρχές της διοίκησης και ηγεσίας στην
εταιρεία και πως συντελούν‐επιδρούν: στην υλοποίηση του σκοπού της, στην
αποδοτικότητα και αποτελεσματικότητα της λειτουργίας της και στον βαθμό
ικανοποίησης των εργαζομένων που απασχολούνται σε αυτήν.
Η προσέγγιση του θέματος πραγματοποιήθηκε με δύο κεντρικούς ερευνητικούς
άξονες. Ο πρώτος βιβλιογραφικός σε θέματα διοίκησης ηγεσίας και ο δεύτερος αμιγώς
ερευνητικός μέσω ποσοτικής έρευνας με χρήση ερωτηματολογίου.
Στον βιβλιογραφικό ερευνητικό άξονα αναπτύχθηκαν οι βασικές αρχές του
εννοιολογικού υπόβαθρου που απαιτήθηκε για το σχεδιασμό, την επεξεργασία αλλά
και την ερμηνεία των στοιχείων της ποσοτικής έρευνας
Από την έρευνα διαπιστώθηκε ότι, οι εργαζόμενοι της επιχείρησης κατανοούν απόλυτα
τη σημασία εφαρμογής των αρχών της διοίκησης και της ηγεσίας στην δομή την
οργάνωση και την λειτουργία της, αξιολογούν χαμηλά τις επιδόσεις των στελεχών της
διοικητικής δομής στην εφαρμογή των αρχών αυτών και διαπιστώνουν τις αρνητικές
συνέπειες που οι επιδόσεις αυτές επιφέρουν. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | This thesis attempts to approach the concepts of administration and leadership and to
emphasize the importance of applying the principles of management science in the
operation of a public company.
As a representative example of a public corporation that the findings may qualify for
wider utilization in similar businesses, selected the company "BUILDING
INFRASTRUCTURE" PLC (Kt.. AE), (Public institution responsible for public buildingsdesign,
construction, Maintenance, Operation).
The research questions raised can be summarised as follows:
What is the importance and to what extent implemented the principles of management
and leadership at the company and how conducive‐in the implementation of impact:
purpose, efficiency and effectiveness of the operation and the degree of employee
satisfaction employed in this.
The approach was conducted with two main research axes. The first bibliographical
administration leadership and the second purely research through quantitative
research using a questionnaire.
In bibliographic research axis developed the basic principles of the conceptual
background needed for designing, editing, but also the interpretation of the figures of
quantitative research
The investigation found that employees of the company understand perfectly the
importance of applying the principles of management and leadership in the
organization structure and its operation, assess low performance of administrative
structure in application of these principles and the negative consequences they entail
