| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας έρευνας ήταν η αξιολόγηση της διεπαγγελματικής συνεργασίας των νοσηλευτικών λειτουργών στην Κύπρο, καθώς και να διερευνήσει την εκπαίδευσή τους γύρω από το θέμα της επικοινωνίας. Η συλλογή των δεδομένων πραγματοποιήθηκε μέσα από ανώνυμα ερωτηματολόγια, τα οποία συμπλήρωσαν 150 νοσηλευτές του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Λεμεσού. Τα βασικά συμπεράσματα της μελέτης ανέδειξαν ότι οι νοσηλευτές αντιλαμβάνονται την έννοια του περιεχομένου της διεπαγγελματικής συνεργασίας στον κλινικό χώρο. Αναφορικά με την εκπαίδευση των εργαζομένων στην επικοινωνία βρέθηκε ότι είναι επαρκής μέσα από την βασική τους εκπαίδευση ή μετεκπαιδευτικά προγράμματα καθώς οι εργαζόμενοι συμφώνησαν ότι η βασική τους εκπαίδευση ήταν επαρκής σχετικά με την εφαρμογή της ορθής επικοινωνίας στον κλινικό χώρο και είχαν την ευκαιρία να βελτιώσουν τις επικοινωνιακές τους δεξιότητες μετά την βασική τους εκπαίδευση μέσα από δράσεις όπως σεμινάρια ή ημερίδες. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The purpose of this research was to evaluate the interprofessional co-operation of nursing staff in Cyprus as well as to investigate their training on subject communication. The research study was carried out by collecting data through anonymous questionnaires, which were supplemented by 150 nurses from the general hospital of Limassol. The main findings of the study have shown that nurses perceive interprofessional cooperation in the clinical field at a good level as they have agreed that the term "interprofessional cooperation" refers to the cooperation of workers with different qualities, there is real cooperation in the workplace between the professionals of their specialty, have direct communication with other health professionals, the nursing staff in their department is characterized by professional competence and feel members of an inter- a team with common objectives. With regard to the training of communication workers it was found to be adequate through their basic education or postgraduate programs as the employees agreed that their basic training was adequate in the implementation of good clinical communication and had the opportunity to improve the communication skills after their basic education through seminars, workshops, etc. | el_GR |
