| dc.description.abstract | Στην εργασία αυτή έγινε μια προσπάθεια να βρεθούν τα σημαντικότερα προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζει η ομάδα εκείνη των εκπαιδευτικών λειτουργών Μέσης Εκπαίδευσης που επωμίζεται την ευθύνη και τη διδασκαλία στα Δημόσια Σχολεία Μέσης Εκπαίδευσης, στην περίπτωση που κάποιος άλλος καθηγητής/τρια, της ίδιας ειδικότητας, απουσιάζει προσωρινά για οποιονδήποτε λόγο, της ομάδας δηλαδή των «Αντικαταστατών Καθηγητών Μέσης Εκπαίδευσης».
Επιχειρήθηκε, για πρώτη φορά στην Κύπρο, να εντοπιστούν κάποια σημαντικά προβλήματα που έχουν να κάμουν με την επαγγελματική τους ανασφάλεια, το οικονομικό κόστος των μεταφορικών που επωμίζονται ειδικά στις περιπτώσεις που η αντικατάστασή τους βρίσκεται μακριά από τον τόπο διαμονής τους, προβλήματα με τους συναδέλφους και προϊσταμένους, αλλά και ειδικά προβλήματα που αντιμετώπισαν ή αντιμετωπίζουν οι ίδιοι πέραν των όσων αναφέρονται στο ερωτηματολόγιο. Ο απώτερος στόχος, λοιπόν, της έρευνας μου αυτής στρέφεται στην κατεύθυνση της επίλυσης των προβλημάτων που εντοπίστηκαν και ταλαιπωρούν την ομάδα αυτή των καθηγητών αλλά εμποδίζουν και την ομαλή λειτουργία των σχολείων.
Για τη συλλογή των στοιχείων χρησιμοποιήθηκε το ερωτηματολόγιο το οποίο ετοιμάστηκε στην Google Form με δικές μου ερωτήσεις βασισμένες στη δική μου εμπειρία που είχα και έχω στο πιο πάνω αναφερόμενο θέμα. Στη συνέχεια στάληκε με email σε όσους συναδέλφους είχα πρόσβαση και ήταν εφικτό και ακολούθως ανεβάστηκε στα Μέσα Κοινωνικής Δικτύωσης “Face book” από την «Επιτροπή Αντικαταστατών Μ.Ε.- Ο.Ε.Λ.Μ.Ε.Κ.». Η ανταπόκριση όλων ήταν άμεση και αυτό δείχνει την αναγκαιότητα της έρευνας αυτής αλλά και επιθυμία τους για επίλυση των προβλημάτων που τους ταλανίζουν. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The present dissertation is an attempt to identify the most significant problems affronted by the group of teachers of Secondary Education who assumes the responsibility and teaching at Secondary Public Schools, when a permanent teacher of his/her subject is temporarily absent for any reason. This is the group of “Secondary Education Substitute teachers”.
We are attempting, for first time in Cyprus, to acknowledge some of the main issues which concern their professional insecurity, the financial expenses of transport sustained specifically when the school for the substitution is far away from the residence of the substitute teacher, problems with colleagues and superiors. Furthermore we have invited the teachers to indicate additional problems they encounter that are not listed in our questionnaire. Therefore, the ultimate purpose of this research is directed towards the resolution of the problems which were identified and affect the certain group of teachers but also the proper operation of the schools.
For the data collection, we have prepared a questionnaire using “Google Forms”, the questions based on our own experience in the above mentioned subject. Subsequently, it was sent via e-mail to colleagues with whom I had electronic access and then it was posted at the forum of social media "Face book" by "Commission of Substitute Teachers M.E.- O.E.L.M.E.K.". The feedback was immediate; thereby it became possible to acquire a respectively large number of responses. This is yet another indication that the problem is important and measures should be taken to the direction of its resolution. | el_GR |
