| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα μεταπτυχιακή διατριβή παρουσιάζει την πολυπλοκότητα του ρόλου του εκπαιδευτή ενηλίκων και μέσα από τη χρήση του Validpack καταγράφονται τα απαραίτητα προσόντα προκειμένου να ανταποκριθούν με αποτελεσματικότητα οι εκπαιδευτές στον ρόλο τους. Τα τελευταία χρόνια η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση ανοίγει το δρόμο, μέσα από κατευθυντήριες γραμμές, για την πιστοποίηση των προσόντων που αποκτήθηκαν εκτός τυπικού περιβάλλοντος και για αυτό το λόγο δόθηκε ιδιαίτερη βαρύτητα στις δεξιότητες που αποκτήθηκαν μέσω της μη τυπικής μάθησης αλλά και μέσω της εμπειρίας. Για να μπορέσουν όλα αυτά να γίνουν πιο κατανοητά η εργασία αποτελείται από θεωρητικό και ερευνητικό μέρος. Στο πρώτο μέρος παρουσιάζεται η ανασκόπηση της βιβλιογραφίας που αφορά την εκπαίδευση και τον εκπαιδευτή ενηλίκων, την επεξήγηση σημαντικών εννοιών και τις πολιτικές και τα προγράμματα της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης για την εγκυροποίηση των προσόντων. Στο ερευνητικό μέρος παρουσιάζεται λεπτομερώς το εργαλείο Validpack με το οποίο συλλέχθηκαν τα απαραίτητα δεδομένα και έγινε μια προσπάθεια εφαρμογής του προκειμένου να διαπιστωθεί κατά πόσο μπορεί να είναι εύχρηστο και ωφέλιμο. Τέλος, γίνεται παρουσίαση των δεδομένων που προέκυψαν καθώς και ένας κριτικός σχολιασμός πάνω σε αυτά. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | This paper presents the complexity of the role of the adult educator and through the use of Validpack recorded the necessary skills to respond effectively trainers in their role. In recent years the European Union leads the way through guidelines for the certification of skills acquired outside the formal environment and for this reason was given particular emphasis on the skills acquired through non-formal learning but also through the experience. To enable all of them to make them more understandable work consists of theoretical and research part. The first part presents the literature review on education and adult educator, explaining important concepts and European Union policies and programs for the validation of qualifications. In the research part presents detail Validpack tool with which the necessary data were collected and was an effort to apply in order to ascertain whether it may be handy and useful.
