| dc.description.abstract | Ο σκοπός της παρούσας μεταπτυχιακής διατριβής είναι ο σχεδιασμός και η ανάπτυξη μιας εφαρμογής για την υποστήριξη της σύνθετης διαδικασίας επιλογής μεθόδου αξιολόγησης εμπειρίας χρήστη – user experience (UX). Η web εφαρμογή σχεδιάστηκε έτσι ώστε να ικανοποιεί τις ανάγκες ενός designer ή ενός UΧ Expert προκειμένου να μπορέσει να υποστηρίξει την σύνθετη απόφαση για το ποια μέθοδο UX θα πρέπει να επιλέξει.
Έπειτα από μελέτη και βιβλιογραφική επισκόπηση της έννοιας εμπειρία χρήστη (user experience), της έννοιας της αξιολόγησης εμπειρίας χρήστη και των αντίστοιχων μεθόδων (User Experience evaluation methods) καθώς και μελέτης σε βάθος του ιστότοπου http://allaboutux.org για την εύρεση των βασικών απαιτήσεων για την ανάπτυξη της εφαρμογής, πραγματοποιήθηκε η σχεδίαση της web εφαρμογής με τρόπο που να ικανοποιεί τις ανάγκες των UX Experts.
Πραγματοποιήθηκε ένα διαδραστικό πρωτότυπο (prototype) το οποίο διορθώθηκε αρχικά και ακολούθησε η δημιουργία της web εφαρμογής. Η εφαρμογή αυτή αξιολογήθηκε με συμμετοχή χρηστών και με στόχο την εύρεση των σημείων που χρειάζονται διόρθωση και ανάλογο αντίστοιχο ανασχεδιασμό.
Τα δεδομένα που αντλήθηκαν από την αξιολόγηση της web εφαρμογής έδειξαν πως το αποτέλεσμα της εφαρμογής ήταν σε αρκετά καλό επίπεδο και μετά τις παρατηρήσεις των αξιολογητών και τις διορθώσεις που έγιναν η εφαρμογή είναι πλέον διαθέσιμη για όλους τους ενδιαφερόμενους του χώρου. Η εφαρμογή αυτή αναμένεται να προσθέσει ένα καλό εργαλείο στα χέρια κάθε ενδιαφερόμενου καθώς η βοήθεια που μπορεί να δώσει σε κάποιον UX Expert είναι πολύ σημαντική για την επίτευξη σύγχρονων πρακτικών ανάπτυξης διαδραστικών Πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων και προϊόντων. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The purpose of this master thesis is the design and development of an application to support the user experience evaluation method selection process. The web application was designed to meet the needs of a designer or an UX Expert so that it could support complex decision regarding which UX method should be chosen.
After study and literature review the concept of user experience, the concept of user experience evaluation methods and meticulous study of the website http://allaboutux.org for finding and deciding the basic requirements that the application needs for being developed, the web application was finally designed in a way that meets the needs of the UX Experts.
A prototype project was created and then corrected followed by the creation of the web application. This application was evaluated with the aim of finding points that need correction and ultimately improve with similar redesign.
The data were drawn from the evaluation of web application showed that the result of applying was in pretty good level and following the comments of the evaluators and the corrections made application is now available for all interested space. This app will add a good tool for anyone interested as the help you can give to someone UX Expert is very important to achieve modern development practices interactive information systems and products. | el_GR |
