| dc.description.abstract | Η εργασία διερευνά την επιλογή δημόσιου μαιευτηρίου σε περίοδο κρίσης. Το πρώτο κεφάλαιο αναλύει τον κλάδο της υγείας και περιγράφει το σύστημα υγείας που ισχύει στην Ελλάδα. Περιγράφει την ανάγκη να υπάρχει ποιότητα στις υπηρεσίες υγείας προκειμένου να λειτουργήσει σωστά μία δημόσια μονάδα. Επίσης, αναλύονται οι συνέπειες της υγείας στην οικονομική ανάπτυξη της Ελλάδας καθώς και τα μέτρα ενίσχυσης της υγείας από την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση. Τέλος, αναλύονται τα δημόσια μαιευτήρια στην Ελλάδα και η καισαρική τομή, η οποία είναι πιο δαπανηρή σε σχέση με τον φυσιολογικό τοκετό.
Το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αναλύει την οικονομική κρίση στην Ελλάδα, τα αίτιά της, τα αποτελέσματά της καθώς και την επίδρασή της στην ψυχική υγεία των πολιτών, στην υγεία τους, στην οικονομική και κοινωνική τους ζωή.
Το τρίτο και το τέταρτο κεφάλαιο περιλαμβάνει στο σκοπό, τη μεθοδολογία και τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The work analyses the public maternity hospital in economical crisis. The first chapter analyzes the health sector and describes the health system in Greece. It describes the need for quality in health services in order to work properly a public unit. Also, analyzed the consequences of health sector in the economic development of Greece and the health support measures by the European Union. Finally, we analyze the public maternity hospitals in Greece and cesarean section, which is more expensive than the natural delivery.
The second chapter analyzes the economic crisis in Greece, its causes, its effects and its impact on the mental health of citizens, their health, economic and social life.
