| dc.description.abstract | Η εισροή της πληροφορικής στην καθημερινότητά όλων των τομέων του ανθρώπινου παράγοντα υπήρξε καταλυτική. Από την δεκαετία του 1990, όλοι οι άνθρωποι διαθέτουν τουλάχιστον από έναν υπολογιστή στα σπίτι τους, ενώ σε όλους τους οργανισμούς, η πληροφορική έχει την δική της διάσταση, ενώ οι πρακτικές της τεχνολογίας των πληροφοριών στον κλάδο της υγείας είναι στις μέρες μας πραγματικότητα (Dicketal, 1997).
Η παρούσα εργασία εξετάζει τη χρησιμότητα του Ηλεκτρονικού Φακέλου Ασθενούς. Η εργασία χωρίζεται σε δύο μέρη. Στο πρώτο μέρος εξετάζεται η είσοδος των νέων τεχνολογιών στις ζωές των ανθρώπων και συγκεκριμένα στον κλάδο της υγείας. Το πρώτο κεφάλαιο επικεντρώνεται στους ορισμούς του Ηλεκτρονικού Φακέλου Ασθενούς, στα περιεχόμενα του, στα πλεονεκτήματα και μειονεκτήματά και στην κατάσταση αναφορικά με αυτόν στην Ελλάδα. Το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζει την εφαρμογή του ΗΦΑ σε Ευρώπη και Αμερική και συγκεκριμένα παγκόσμια πρότυπα του Ηλεκτρονικού Φάκελου Ασθενούς, καθώς και τη διαλειτουργικότητα του σε σχέση με τις ηλεκτρονικές υπηρεσίες του νοσοκομείου. Ακολουθεί το δεύτερο μέρος, όπου παρουσιάζονται τα πληροφοριακά συστήματα του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Ηρακλείου και δίδεται έμφαση στον τεχνικό και λειτουργικό σχεδιασμό του Ηλεκτρονικού Φακέλου Ασθενούς, στην πολιτική διαχείρισης δεδομένων και στον σχεδιασμό της κατανεμημένης αρχιτεκτονικής του. Η εργασία ολοκληρώνεται με συμπεράσματα τα οποία εξάγονται από την ανάλυση των προαναφερθέντων ζητημάτων και προτάσεις για τη βελτιστοποίηση της χρήσης του Ηλεκτρονικού Φακέλου Ασθενούς στην Ελλάδα. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The influx of technology information in the everyday lives of all sectors of the people has been subversive. Since the 1990s, all people have at least one computer in their home, and to all organizations, IT has its own dimension, while the practices of information technology in health constitutes a reality in our days (Dicketal, 1997).
This paper examines the utility of the Electronic Patient File. The work is divided into two parts. The first part examines the entry of new technologies on people's lives and particularly in the health sector. The first chapter focuses on the definitions of the Electronic Patient File, its contents, its advantages and disadvantages and the situation regarding it in Greece. The second chapter presents the implementation of the Electronic Patient File in Europe and America, and more specifically it presents the global standards of electronic health records, and their interoperability in connection with the online services of the hospitals. There follows the second part, which presents the information systems of the General Hospital of Heraklion and emphasis is given in the technical and functional design of the Electronic Patient File, the data management policy and the planning of its distributed architecture. The paper concludes with conclusions drawn from the analysis of the above issues and with proposals for optimizing the use of the Electronic Patient File in Greece. | el_GR |
