| dc.description.abstract | Ο ρόλος της διασφάλισης της ποιότητας στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο της Λεμεσού κρίνεται ιδιαίτερα σημαντικός, αφού σύμφωνα με το πρότυπο CYS EN ISO 15189:2007, εξασφαλίζονται έγκυρα εργαστηριακά αποτελέσματα, τα οποία διευκολύνουν τον κλινικό γιατρό να προβεί σε μια ορθή διάγνωση καθώς επίσης να παράσχει την κατάλληλη θεραπευτική αγωγή στους ασθενείς. Η διαπίστευση των εργαστηρίων, αποτελεί καταλυτικό παράγοντα για την αξιοπιστία των εργαστηριακών εξετάσεων .
Σκοπός
Ο βασικότερος σκοπός της παρούσας διατριβής είναι η ανάλυση της παρούσας κατάστασης στο νοσοκομειακό κλινικό εργαστήριο της Λεμεσού καθώς και η εξακρίβωση του κατά πόσο το σύστημα του εργαστηρίου συμβαδίζει με τις διοικητικές και τις τεχνικές απαιτήσεις του ISO 15189. Επιπρόσθετα, παραθέτονται και κάποιες εισηγήσεις για βελτίωση των ελλείψεων που παρουσιάζονται στο σύστημα του εργαστηρίου.
Μεθοδολογία
Η μεθοδολογία που εφαρμόζεται στην έρευνα αυτή στηρίζεται στη μελέτη της διεθνούς βιβλιογραφίας. Για το σκοπό της εργασίας γίνεται σύγκριση μεταξύ της υπάρχουσας και της ενδεικνυόμενης κατάστασης του νοσοκομειακού εργαστηρίου.
Αποτελέσματα
Αυτό που έχει διαπιστωθεί μέσα από την παρούσα εργασία είναι ότι το κλινικό εργαστήριο στο νοσοκομείο της Λεμεσού έχει αρκετές ελλείψεις. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι οφείλει να ακολουθήσει τις επιτάξεις του ISO 15189 που θα παρέχει καλύτερη ποιότητα στις υπηρεσίες που προσφέρει. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The role of the quality assurance in the Limassol General Hospital is considered to be quite significant. While it is based on the protocol CYS EN ISO 15189:2007, this provides accurate laboratory results, which facilitate clinical doctor’s work on accurate diagnosing and prescribing. The accreditation of the laboratories is a catalyst for granting the reliability of the laboratories’ exams.
Aim
The basic aim of this dissertation is the analysis of the present situation at the Limassol’s General Hospital Laboratory and also to check if the system of the laboratory works according to the managerial and the technical requirements of the ISO 15189. Additionally, some suggestions are proposed for the improvements of deficiencies observed on the laboratory’s system.
Methodology
The methodology used in this paper is supported by the study of the global bibliography. For the aim of this research, there is a comparison between the existed and the indicated conditions of the labs.
Results
What has been concluded on this paper is that the clinical laboratory at the Limassol General Hospital is deficient. Thus, the laboratory must follow the prescriptions of the ISO 15189, which will ensure a better quality on the services that are offered. | el_GR |
