| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα μελέτη εξετάζει τον κλάδο της παραγωγής κρέατος πουλερικών στην Ελλάδα, μελετώντας ιδιαίτερα τις αναπτυξιακές προοπτικές του κλάδου. Η μελέτη πραγματοποιείται με τη χρήση στοιχείων της παγκόσμιας οικονομίας και δημογραφικά δεδομένα του πληθυσμού. Η εξέταση του κλάδου πραγματοποιείται πρώτα αναλύοντας τις τάσεις της διεθνούς αγοράς, στη συνέχεια τις τάσεις στις διεθνείς εισαγωγές και εξαγωγές και τη διεθνή κατανάλωση του κρέατος πουλερικών. Στη συνέχεια ακολουθεί η ανάλυση των ίδιων στοιχείων για την Ευρωπαϊκή αγορά κρέατος πουλερικών. Σε συνέχεια βρίσκεται η μελέτη της Ελληνικής αγοράς κρέατος πουλερικών, με στοιχεία για την εγχώρια παραγωγή πουλερικών, την εγχώρια κατανάλωση καθώς και τις εισαγωγές και εξαγωγές που πραγματοποιούνται στον Ελλαδικό χώρο. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται οι μεγαλύτερες επιχειρήσεις του κλάδου στην Ελλάδα. Στη συνέχεια παρουσιάζονται οι αναπτυξιακές προοπτικές για τον κλάδο και τέλος οι τελευταίες εξελίξεις του κλάδου στην Ελληνική αγορά. | el_GR |
